ZONDRO Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with ZONDRO. We want you to have a satisfying experience with your purchase. Please review our return policy below, which is based on our supplier’s return policy.

Return Policy:

  1. Eligibility:

    • Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 24-48 Hours of delivery to [email protected]
    • For replacements and refunds, please provide unboxing videos and pictures of the product showing the defects, along with images of the original packaging.
  2. Size Discrepancies:

    • If there are any size discrepancies, please provide images of the product along with the size measurement for our production team to review.
  3. Package Handling:

    • Kindly ask your customer to carefully unbox the package to avoid any damage caused by using sharp objects, such as scissors.
    • If the package is damaged during the opening process and we don’t have an unpacking video or images of the courier cover, a refund or replacement may not be possible.
  4. Color Matching:

    • Please note that we use CMYK ink colors for blending and creating unique colors.
    • While we strive to use high-quality color profiles, color matching may vary from what you see on your screen due to the difference between spot color printing and process printing.
  5. Initiate Return:
    • To start a return, please contact us at [email protected] and provide all the necessary details.
    • Returns will be initiated if your return is accepted based on our supplier’s policy.
  6. Return Shipping:

    • If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package.
    • Please note that items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
    • If you reside outside of India, please be aware that shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
  7. Refunds:

    • We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return to inform you whether the refund is approved or not.
    • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 15 – 30 business days.
    • Keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  8. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, flammable liquids, sale items, or gift cards.
    • Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about the eligibility of your specific item for return.
  9. European Union 3-Day Cooling Off Period:

  • If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days of receiving it, without providing any justification.
  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
